EQUITEDO® wurde über zwei Jahre und vier Monate anhand einer hochwertigen wissenschaftlichen Studie entwickelt (PED Studie Pferd: Evaluation, Dokumentation) und durch Expert*innen in der therapeutischen Praxis erprobt, validiert und nach psychometrischen Gütekriterien überprüft. Durch die Verknüpfung mit der Internationalen Klassifizierung der Funktionsfähigkeit, Gesundheit und Behinderung (ICF) der Weltgesundheitsorganisation ermöglicht EQUITEDO® eine evidenzbasierte Abbildung der Wirksamkeit therapeutischer und (heil-) pädagogischer Interventionen.
