Scientific Background

EQUITEDO® was developed over two years and four months on the basis of a high-quality scientific study (PED Study Pferd: Evaluation, Dokumentation) and tested, validated and checked by experts in the field of Equine Assisted Services according to psychometric quality criteria. By linking it to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) of the World Health Organization, EQUITEDO® enables an evidence-based representation of the efficacy of Equine Assisted Services.
